21CN Broadband - ADSL 2+

Step into the 21st Century - ADSL 2+ for business is now available.

Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line Two Plus (ADSL 2+) is the next generation of Broadband connection. Powergroup are able to offer ADSL 2+ in areas served by a 21CN enabled BT exchange. Approximately 600 exchanges have currently been 21CN enabled and by Q2 2011 all UK exchanges will be able to support ADSL 2+.

BT Broadband Enhanced Care - If there is a connectivity issue with the broadband line that requires us to escalate the fault to BT, they have a Fix Commit Time of 40 hours with the inclusive BT Broadband Standard Care. This time is based upon a 'best efforts' approach, and offers no guarantees for actually fixing the service within that time period. With BT Broadband Enhanced Care, BT will respond to a fault report within 3 hours of receipt and clear the fault within 20 hours of receipt. These times are in addition to our own response and fix times as defined in the Service Level Agreement.

Power Care with Advanced Hardware Replacement - Power Care is an additional ADSL router management and care service which will cover you for up to six router configuration changes per year. This service applies only to Powergroup supplied Zyxel routers. In addition, Power Care will ensure that you are sent a replacement pre-configured router by courier with the aim of reaching you the Next Business Day. Without Power Care, should your router fail within the first twelve months, it is covered by a return to base manufacturer's warranty.

Powergroup are not responsible for service outages suffered due to router / modem failure. Ask your Account Manager for more details.

 

All prices exclude VAT.
All prices are per month except for 'Top-ups' which are single ad-hoc payments.
'Top-up' bandwidth allowance can roll over to the next month and does not expire.
